Document Scanner Required
To use the PCN submission feature you must have access to a physical document scanner. PCN tickets must be scanned into a PDF before they can be uploaded to VDrive. If you do not have a scanner you will not be able to submit PCNs through the partner portal.
Partner Programme Information
- Minimum 3 vehicles required to join the partner programme
- Platform fee: £20 per vehicle per week, charged only for the days a driver actually has the vehicle out — if the vehicle is returned and waiting for the next driver, those days are free
- Billed in 28-day blocks per vehicle; at the end of each block you receive an itemised invoice showing exactly which days were charged
- The maximum for one vehicle in a 28-day period is £80 — only if it was out with a driver every single day
- Your application will be reviewed by our team before approval
- Once approved, you can start adding vehicles to the platform
